The delivery time for a product is calculated by the region's zip code. This time is only an estimate and may change due to external factors such as rain, high-risk areas, and rural areas. When finalizing your order, please check that the zip code is correct and be aware of the maximum delivery time.
TS Lingerie reserves the right to mail the product within two (2) business days after order approval and payment. Payment confirmation times are up to two (2) business days for credit cards and bank slips. From that point on, the delivery time depends on the method chosen for shipping. For SEDEX, the customer will receive a tracking code that allows them to track the order status, as well as its status and shipping date.
Up to three attempts will be made to deliver the product to the chosen zip code. If unsuccessful, your order may be picked up at a post office near your address.
