Exchange by Choice or Change of Mind

The Consumer Code guarantees the right to exchange a product in the event of a defect or withdrawal within 7 business days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, show no signs of use, and have the original seal intact (if available), accompanied by its manual (if available) and all accessories.

To exchange a product, please contact our Customer Service Center by email at [email protected], providing the order number, purchase date, and the item number of the item being exchanged.

All collection/postal expenses are the buyer's responsibility.

Important: We only accept returns after this notification has been confirmed and within the timeframe. Otherwise, we will not accept the return, and your purchase will be returned without prior consultation.

Exchange of Defective Items

We guarantee the right to exchange a product in the event of a defect within 7 business days of delivery. After analyzing and confirming that the product was delivered defective, TS Lingerie will cover the costs of collecting and shipping the product for analysis and resending a new product in perfect condition to the customer (if available in stock and if requested).

To request an exchange for a product that was shipped defective, please contact our customer service center by email at [email protected], providing the order number, purchase date, photos of the product defect, and the item number of the item to be returned. This process will be completed immediately upon receipt.

We will send the product for analysis and arrange for an exchange for the same product or another item of your choice, provided it is the same value. If there is a difference in price between the products, the customer may choose to pay the difference or receive the difference as store credit. The analysis period is a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Incomplete Orders

We use various methods and technologies to prevent errors when checking and shipping orders, but unfortunately, they can occur.

If you receive an incorrect order (missing an item or exchanged products), you have two business days to contact us by email ([email protected]).

Before contacting us, please check your order thoroughly. We wrap everything in bubble wrap, so be sure to check that you haven't thrown any plastic away without checking to see if it might contain a product. In the email, please include the order number and a description of the missing or incorrect product.
